Bridge Girders Fabrication:
Two main girders are built using IS-grade rolled steel sections or welded box-type beams, stress-relieved and tested for structural integrity.
End Carriages:

Crab Trolley Assembly:
A self-contained unit housing the hoist, gearboxes, brakes, motors, and control panel. Runs on rails mounted on the two girders.

Uses electric wire rope hoist or winch system, powered by squirrel cage or slip ring motors, with fail-safe brakes and limit switches.
